I bought an infrared sauna on 01/08/26 came in with damaged/Broken product. Since then right away I have requested return. I send all photographic proof. But keep on rejecting by TikTok shop. Saying not enough evidence. And I went Bank and explicitly I explained it and requested for dispute and credited me $900.99. But on 04/02/26 the bank reversal my credit. And I went bank couple of times and requested to claim. But each time said me different reason for denied.Even I have not receive any of documentation by bank stating TikTok denial reason for claim. When I asked the reason to bank First I was told I did not have enough evidence to support claim,Even though I have submitted all photos of damage right away I received the item on my claim. Second time I went to bank requested for claim again. But didn't file my dispute but said to me I have to return item. But my saying is I have never get any option to return item but TikTok has already closed my request option. Resolution Sought So I believe both parties are doing unfair with me. Giving me frustration and unnecessary stress and emotional distress. So I have trusted and expected with your office to review my case and assist me getting my refund and any compensation from them.
