My son used my cash app debit card and purchase a item from TikTok. Upon receiving we immediately contacted Tiktok requesting a refund and shipping label. I mailed the item back and have requested several times my refund. They have not comply to my request. The merchandise was never opened and original package. Resolution Sought I would like you assist with getting my refund back. Tiktok has both merchandise and my money.

I am filing a complaint against TikTok regarding the wrongful banning of my TikTok account @chinese_giral_7 and the company's refusal to release over $16,000 USD in earned affiliate commissions. My account was banned approximately five months ago for a vague claim of "Integrity and Authenticity – Misinformation." TikTok has provided no evidence, no specific example of content, and no detailed explanation for the ban despite multiple requests. More importantly, TikTok has withheld $16,000 in matured, fully earned affiliate commissions, which were generated before the account was banned. According to TikTok's own affiliate terms, matured commissions are not forfeited unless fraud is proven. TikTok has produced zero evidence of fraud, deception, or improper activity. Despite numerous attempts to contact support, TikTok has repeatedly provided generic, copy-and-paste responses and has refused to address the issue of the unpaid funds. They have neither justified the ban with evidence nor explained why the earned income is being withheld. At this point, TikTok is illegally withholding earned income and refusing to provide transparency or due process. Resolution Sought I am requesting: Immediate release of the $16,000 USD in matured affiliate commissions earned prior to the account ban. A written explanation and specific evidence of the alleged "misinformation" violation that was cited as the reason for banning the account. A proper review by a supervisor or compliance representative, not an automated or template response.
