If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Customer Complaint

We contracted for Greg Chapman of Tile &Stone Solutions to help us with building our house. He started the job roughly 8 months ago. We have made payments over the course of this time and paid the final balance on December 23 2023. It is now April 17, 2024 and he is still not finished. We requested he install our wood flooring, cabinets, countertops and tile bathrooms. We have had to do the tile work on our own in the master bath and he never did the heated floor we paid for. My banker is wanting to foreclose on our loan because of the time frame 20 months now). We could not wait any longer and now have pay for the additional cost of having another contractor do the work. Our kitchen is still not finished. He has roughly 3 hours of work to do to finish the kitchen and still will not show up. We are beyond frustrated. We are almost certain that we could lose our home. Not to mention the additional interest payments we keep making waiting on him ($8000 and counting). What are my rights and how is the best way to handle the situation? Resolution Sought Write me a check of $5,000 for refund/reimbursement and never come back to my property.
