Tim Hortons complaints

I ordered a 20 pack of timbits and 1/2 dozen honey dipped donuts this morning I paid and was given the 20 Timbet and was told to park and they would bring out the other six donuts. They brought the donuts out after about five minutes. I didn't have a chance to look at them till I got all the way to Auburn, which was at 10 o'clock, I called the store several times I have proof of it on my phone. They never answered not once I didn't get a chance to bring them back to Saginaw to the proximately five or so in the evening they never gave me a receipt either so when I went in there and asked to talk to the manager, she asked me what I wanted her to do. I told her I would like her to replace the donuts one had a bite out of it and that was fine if she didn't replace that , she said she was going to do that then I told her to give me the money back for not Touched and she said she wasn't going to do that either so somebody needs to make this right that's totally unacceptable. I gave them their money plus a two dollar tip and I called the Frankenmuth store and the store on State Street and they both answered the phones this store does not answer the phone is because they are crooked. Resolution Sought I would expect my money back. I don't ever want anything from that store again, except my money being that I had traveled all the way back there and spent my gas and time and was treated so unfairly.
