never had an issue like this before.

I used to go to Tim Hortons every morning for breakfast and coffee. A couple weeks ago I was at the window to receive my order and was told to pull ahead. I asked how long it would take because I had to hurry and get my son to school. She said 2 minutes. I went and parked and it didn't seem like anyone was coming so I had to go in and get the food myself. This was the second day in a row they had done this. When I was leaving I told the general manager that I was going to file a complaint with the corporate office. I did not swear or raise my voice. She responded "you are banned from this restaurant. This was completely unfair, it is my right to file a complaint if I want to, that's not reason to be banned from my favorite restaurant. I have been a very good customer for many years and have never had an issue like this before.
