I financed a car thru Tim Short on Deskins Drive in Pikeville WV the salesman name is mark bowling I've messaged him several times about my car it's a 2010 Buick Lacrosse cxl the sunroof leaks water the car got to where I was scared to death to drive it it shook all over the road felt like the rear was shifting the check engine light stayed on never was able to use the remote start the wheel stabilizer kept coming up on the dashboard and a light about the breaks I took it to ems tire pros in Stollings WV, to get it fixed thru the extended warranty company agws compas American guardian nationwide come to find out the technician at ems tire pros where the car is in the shop told me it also needs a motor I have been without my car for 3 months and the warranty company doesn't want to agree to have it fixed my husband is dying and I don't have a car to get him back and forth to his Dr. appointments unless I borrow a car from a family member. They should have never sold me a lemon car, I've had my grand babies in my car taking them places if that car would have made me wreck and hurt one of my grand babies they would be sued. Resolution Sought To replace my vehicle or pay to have mine completely fixed the Kelly Bluebook only appraised for 6,800 dollars and here I paid close to 11,000 for the car I want the mark bowling and Tim short auto to replace my car with a car I can drive and won't be scared to death to drive it.
