We hired Tim May to build a deck with Timbertech decking composite. Contract was signed 5/22/21 and down payment was given. The contract states the deck would be completed 2-3 weeks after material arrived. Material initially arrived in July and work was started. The contractor did not order enough boards and we were told more boards would be ordered. We have been told multiple times the boards would be available in 2 weeks. I last contacted Tim May on 8/29/21 and he said he didn't have the material. My husband has texted him this week and left 2 voicemails this week with no response. I texted the contractor today asking for an update and did not get a response. It has been 7 weeks since he supposedly ordered the remaining material needed to finish the deck. The contractors phone number is 419-670-8945. Resolution Sought I would like the contractor to respond to our text messages or call us back and would the like deck to be finished as stated in our contract.
