We have a receipt from a transaction for kitchen cabinets and stone. It's been over a month, and the owner will not deliver the parts on the receipt. They put the item in the bill, now when most of the parts were installed in the kitchen, they claim the item is discontinued. When I went to another store, the item is still available. Resolution Sought Fulfill the request on the receipt.

We didn't charge the customer for the mosaics written on the receipt(which means they didn't pay the amount $360 for the mosaics), and when we want to place the order for them even if they still haven't paid the $360 yet, the supplier told us this item is discontinued and suggested that we could search in other store to see if they have this in stock so that the customers could buy it, and this is also what we told to our customer.

This is not true. We went to another business, just a few stores down, and the same Mosaic is available to order. The company is just giving us a hard time, because we have complained about the them building the wrong size cabinets, and refused to remake the cabinet to our request. We asked for two 15" Pantry, and they send us 2 18" pantry instead, and refused to remake them to our request. Then, we told them we would not order the stone, because they did not make our cabinets as per our request. They tried to give us a discount, promising us the mosaic backsplash, so we agreed to the stone. We were told when the stone would be installed, the mosaic will be delivered the same day. When the stone came. there was no mosaic. We told Danny we would pay for the mosaic, but they tricked us into buying the stone, then came back to us and said the backsplash was discontinued. We went to another business, just a block away, and the mosaic is indeed, in stock. We feel, that they are losing money, because the mosaic cost more than what they entered on our bill. We just want the mosaic as promised in the bill, which is still available.

The cabinets still can fit in the customer's kitchen and the brand they bought don't have a 15'' pantry, and we gave our customer a solution which is an 18'' pantry and 12'' base cabinet with a 12'' wall cabinet but they refused and kept the two 18'' pantries. They didn't tell us that they want the 4'' backsplash and that's why I didn't write it down on their receipt, but they changed and told our worker who went to measure that they want the 4'' backsplash which is more than $500, so I told them they need to pay but they were very upset and keep saying that they want their money back which according to our store policy, the deposit cannot be refunded, but in order to avoid another conflict, we promised to give them the very long 4'' backsplash FOR FREE. And when it comes to installing the countertops they told me they want the mosaics which they still haven't paid for, otherwise they won't pay for the balance $1500 when the whole big slab of stones are already cut according to the sizes of their kitchen(this will cost us to lose more than $3000), so we gave them $200 discount again but the suppliers said the items are sold out and we suggested the customer to buy in other store.
