I purchased a car 2 years ago. I was financed by TIME FINANCE Since the beginning of time I've had issues with this company. Anyhow, they billed me for insurance which I had already. Late charges since time of purchase & other charges that I don't even what they are & for what. Never received any notice of any kind about any of these charges. I was unaware of most of the charges & had no clue about late fee. Which my payment is due by the 5th of every month. And I have a 10 day grace period. So actually payment is late after the 15th. They need to check there records cuz I can verify that they received my payment on time. Maybe late 1. Or 2. I never received any notice of these charges. I requested a payment history to my account which was difficult to obtain. Anyhow, when I received it I was unaware of any charges billed. No bill or anything but my balance kept going up. Several occasions I paid more but balance goes up not down. The insurance bill I got said 50.00 They didn't charge me 50. I see no bill for 50. So many charges added but have no clue for what. They've received verification from my insurance. They say no. I have proof I was covered with insurance. Why getting billed for so much & don't even know why. Its a joke. Resolution Sought Call my insurance & get verification of every month I was covered & remove every payment they billed me for no insurance when I did. Remove all those other charges. Have no clue what they're for. Never received a bill or knowledge for what. They just added to my balance without my knowledge. Late payments. They better check there records. I can prove on many of them they did receive it on time. Bank statements will prove it.

Customer has been advised Multiple times to provide A letter of coverage from her insurance Co. from 6-29-19 through 11-15-19 and 8-12-20 through 1-22-21 this is the lapse in coverage. Once we receive these as requested we can refund the premiums and credit her balance. As far as adding without her Knowledge and consent, that statement is not true She has a Conditional retail installment sales contract, in contract it states she Must provide Comp and Collision insurance, as well as the agreement to furnish insurance , during the lapse period we forced place which her contract states we can do and have the right to do. Authorization was given when she purchased and signed the contract, as far as the account being late there has been 8 total late payments with 6 being 30 days or more. and Late charges were added for those payment periods. We will send her a payment history, once she gets it she is more then welcome to call and go over the account, Once we receive the proper documents for the lapse periods of insurance from her insurance co., we will investigate, verify and refund if applicable.
