I personally think they should be completely investigated undersurvillance

I am filing this complaint today March 16,2022 @5:20 p.m. My boyfriend & I arrived at the business at approximately 4:10 we completely unloaded everything and sorted all aluminum cans & plastic containers except 1 bag that my b.f. was already in the process of sorting when all of a sudden from behind a closed gate at 4:30 I hear 2-3 men yelling at my b.f. saying no more just get your shit out of hereand go then hear my b.f. say I'm almost done &what the hell did I ever do to you this isn't how to handle business wtf. Then I hear these men literally antagonizing my b.f. still from behind closed gate &saying to him ya whatcha gonna do fucker ya whatcha gonna do loses fuck you cmon pussy whatcha gonna do nothing that's right my b.f. responds go for it I dare you I ain't afraid you fucking thug ya you heard me you're a thug when you act like you are & running a business but whatever I just won't come here again to be treated like shit & they proceeded to get in my b.f face intimidating & antagonizing & trying to escalate the situation as they open the gate to let my b.f. out yet many of times my b.f. has helped the staff @time recycling with other customers that become agitated & verbally abusive towards staff so to hear & witness 3-4 staff doing that to my b.f. was absolutely appalling let alone to hear & see how the staff @ time recycling discriminate harrass & refuse service to whom ever they choose whenever they choose in my opinion is discriminating & unprofessional.
I personally think they should be completely investigated undersurvillance considering the nature of the complaint as well as if you goggle the business and read the reviews it's amazing how they are still in business.
