This company has $4320 for facials. I have expressed to the company in an email of my recent hospitalization for suicide and that I am not doing well. I am no longer working in Lexington and cannot get there. I begged for my money back and asked if they had a spa closer to me. They in return offered $500 worth of skin care and now will not answer calls or emails. I even sent an email between my sister and my attorneys of my hospital stay so they understand this is not something I made up! And now they won't answer any calls and keep deleting my reviews off of google. Ethically immoral! Resolution Sought Full refund and apology.
