Hired this company to tear down and build a deck. He does not give bids, but said material would cost $10800. His labor would be $7000. He said that was just for the deck. We had a few other things included which were inexpensive and not much Time invested. I kept asking him for a final bill numerous times. He finally came to our house with a $6500 bill above the money we paid for the deck. We never received any receipt for supplies or labor. We feel the $6400 is exorbitant Resolution Sought I would like some middle ground from his $6400, to something more reasonable considering his lack of information to us.
