Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Very poor tint job and very unprofessional. All my windows have bubbles and when I went back to point out the problems. The owner turned very defensive and stated mercedes-benz have a lot of dust and that it's normal for the windows to look that way. Something about his attorney and how he had FBI agents as customers. As if I really care. I want my windows done right and get what I paid for and it's not normal to have any type of bubbles. This guy is very confrontational and I have it all on video if he wants to make it a civil matter. He did state to me that now it's civil. Unreal but if that's what he wants I will take that route. Resolution Sought Either fix the problems or give me at least half my money back and I will go somewhere else. I think that's fair.
