I had a scheduled appointment to have my windows tinted in my 2025 Lexus ES350 on November14, 2025 with Tint Season in OliveBranch MS. I had previously taken the car to the Lexus of Memphis car dealership in Memphis TN to have the factory tint removed, so I could have Tint Season apply a darker tint. The owner of the shop begin an finished the tint on November 14, 2025. Once he finished he said, that the back window had a small amount of glue left on there from the removal of the factory tint. He told me to return on Sunday, November 16, 2025 to redo the back and I did. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm on November 16, 2025, but before I got there he texted me and said, can you come on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 instead of coming on November16th. I told him I wasn't available on that date. He texted me back and said, if all the glue was off the first time he would not have to redo the tint. I told him I had paid him for the redo to remove the glue and redo the tint, and had the receipt stating that, so what was he talking about. He then said to bring the car on into the shop on November 16, 2025 at 4 pm, and I did. The original cost to tint all windows except the front was $370. He charged me an extra $60 dollars, which brought the total price to $430 which was paid on the initial visit. The tint is still showing glue across the bottom of the back window. Since there was a bad attitude from the owner previously. I have not attempted to return for a redo Resolution Sought Return the $60 for redo of the back window.
