Business is a tinting business. Husband took his truck in on a giftcard I purchased for him for Christmas. When he brought his truck in everything was in working order. He asked to have a strip of tint installed on the windshield. When he returned to pick up the truck, there was no one there and the keys were left in the vehicle. He started the truck to leave and his radio has visible water inside and is unusable. He tried to call the shop owner "Rita" but no one answered. He returned the next day to speak with her in person. She said she has been doing this many years and she didn't get water in his radio, refused to hear anything else and asked him to leave her shop. Resolution Sought I would like the business to pay the replacement cost of the radio and installation. The radio was installed 2 months ago for $700.
