Had a bad experience with this business. They did not deliver on the promises to me. Engaged in false advertising, Customer service experience that was less than it should be and treated unfairly. on November 19, 2022 I went to Tire Buster for an oil change on my E 350 I was quoted $ 120.00 for a full synthetic oil change, over charged me an additional $60.00 for oil that I don't use in Mercedes after paying for the service. On my C230 replaced the cooling fan and ambient temperature sensor quoted at $350.00 charged me $70.00 additional for Coolant and did not repair heat and air as quoted. on Tuesday November 22 2022 I returned to speak with the manger for a refund because the mechanic did not fix the heat and air after providing parts from Mercedes International and discovering that these mechanics are not ASE certified as advertised. After they discovered that I am a OSHA Safety and Health Compliance Specialist the manger became combative and refused making the corrected repair. Discriminated against and denied my request to fix the problem defrauding me out of $600 dollars. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Bureau of Automotive Repair on November 22 2022 at there facility Resolution Sought Take protective and corrective measures to fix both vehicles with the proper tools and equipment and ASE certified Mechanics. Or a refund of $600 for the work that was not complete and denied as a result their deceptive unfair business practice. I am a 100 service connected disabled veteran homebound in need of a emergency response. Please advise,

My name is Connie I am the manager at Tire Busters Automotive Mr. Evans came asking for us to replace a few parts we asked him if he was sure this was the problem we offered to do our own diagnostics which would be $80.00 he declined Mr. Evans stated he had a mechanic who had diagnosed the problem previous to bringing it to Tire Busters he brought his owned used parts they were installed at customers request he also took his old parts with him. Mr. Evans is upset because he wanted to watch our mechanic install the parts we asked him multiple times to please not come in our work area customers are not allowed in our shop work area he also wanted us to install a few parts for free which I told him I could not do.

Please accept this statement in regards to a rebuttal to Tire Buster's and Connie store manager best practices that lead to a practice that has the potential to be deceptive to include misleading cost or price. Used their bait-and- switch techniques offering to provide a product or service that is not in fact available. Conspired with the Owner/Manager making misleading comparisons between the cost to repair my Mercedes Benz"s and a product of another company. I am demoralized by their unfair business practices, misrepresentation, false advertising and representation of a good or service and deceptive pricing. Therefore, discriminating against me, refusing to correct and make necessary repairs, failing in good faith.
