11/15/23 . I left my vehicle at their establishment to have the oil changed. They damaged my vehicle, pulling it into the shop told me that I would hear from their insurance company the next day no one never call after calling numerous times and going back to the shop where the incident happened three times, still no response on repairing my vehicle I called travelers insurance on 11/27/23 . They informed me no claim has been filed about my vehicle at that time, and I filed a claim with them. An agent called me within two hours, set up an appointment for me to drop my vehicle off and gave me a claim number these people at tire choice gave me the runaround for two whole weeks Never filed a claim and lied to me about filing the claim. I have pictures of my vehicle and the damage that was done to it. Resolution Sought I don't know what can you do about this they ignored the problem for two whole weeks
