I went to tire discounters spent $730 on tires they gave me a free oil change coupon value did around $90. I tried twice now to get my oil changed with a 9:00 appointment only to be told they are 2 hours behind. How the hell can you open up at 8:00 and be 2 hours behind at 9:00 is beyond me I guess that's why they work at tire discounters. However, I feel like I'm being given the runaround because I've got a coupon that they gave me for purchasing tires. It's been 3 hours of my time wasted going there for a scheduled appointment going to be told I have to wait multiple hours. Resolution Sought I don't believe they should be able to do that and if they're making it a common business practice it's b******* and something should be done.
