I went to tire guys for two front tires. They changed my tires charged me and all went fine. Before leaving i noticed my Tpms light is on . I told the manager and he replied " just drive it for a couple minutes and you should be all set. I said ok and left. While driving my car is shaking so bad I thought the engine was going to explode so I immediately went back. After being the car back , I noticed all the employees huddled around my tires. I went over and asked what's going on. He said I have a bent wheel so I asked how can you guys put new tires on a bent rim without notifying the customer. He replied " my new employee added double weight , he's new and doesn't know what he's doing but I fixed them and you should be all smooth" at this point I having no idea what these guys are doing . I left and I asked again about my tpms censors he told me drive and they will come off. The following morning after driving 3 hours that night due to the light still being on I went over there to get them removed. He removed the wheels and told me my sensors are broken. Before I went to this shop my censors were selling totally fine. They were very rude, and his response was " things happens and I just have to get new one theirs 75 dollar a piece and that's just how life goes" I was so disappointed I just wanted for them to finish mourning my wheels on and left Resolution Sought I will like for them to replace my tpms censors that theirs employees broke.
