I purchased an extended warranty from Titan Auto Warranty. It was a bumper to bumper warranty, with the option of refund if I decided to cancel. I did decide to exercise that option. I notified Tiatan, and sent the documents they requested. I was informed that it will take 30 days to process, that was December 13 2023. As you can see that 30 days has come and gone. Now I can't get a response from Titan at all. I can call the sales department and they tell me that they will push my request forward, but it is all lip service. No more answered emails either. Resolution Sought I just would like my refund due. I should request a full refund for their breach of contract.

Titan has not responded to written requests for filed for my 2017 Lincoln MKC, filed by Covert Lincoln Austin, TX. They have not responded in any way since April 17th 2023. The dealership filed in writing as requested and then simply have ignored all communication, Gary Smith contract (LO4616) has paid an upfront cost of $663.00 and monthly starting 3/22 for $82.88. They have neither approved or declined the request for repairs. Resolution Sought Pay the $3100.00 invoice for repairs from Covert Lincoln, Austin TX less $100.00 deductible.
