If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Need landscaping in backyard, contacted city and HOA in 2019 was told city of Anchorage encourages beautification of neighborhoods and HOA said they are okay with city decision. Due to COVID pandemic had to wait. Contacted gardener in 2021, was told need landscaping. Contacted Titan LLC via website got call back right away explained it was city property in condo association area and are okay with garden. Agent asked for site inspection, made appointment had to leave work because he give me small window ,no show no call, called him made another appointment but showed up a day early half hour early despite telling him I was at work had to leave work again. Asked for down payment before telling me what he wants to do. After cashed the check sent me his scope of work which wasn't necessary according to city officials. Now instead of correcting the mistake wants me to give them expert opinion on landscaping. If I knew wouldn't need their services. I told them I was going on vacation overseas late June but they missed own start time which was June first and totally disregard my request. Want me to do them big favor and measure the area for planters. I do not have the tools and knowledge for such task. I find this type of business conduct inappropriate and waste of my time.
