My Complaint is that I bought some solar panels for my house from Titan and the guy that sold them to me promised me that with the panels I would not be getting a a light bill the only thing I would be paying for would be the panels and $13.00 a month for service fees but since I got the panels I have have had lots of big bills higher than before I got the panels my light bills were about $100 to $200 and now my bill stays high even if I don't use the heater I don't understand I keep calling them and they keep having to come out. I need help so that is way I'm reaching out to you I need them to fix the problem or take the panels back off my my roof I don't want money I just want them to fix the problem. Resolution Sought I would like the business to either fix the problem or come pick up their panels and not charge me for them anymore. Because now I'm paying the TEP company and I'm paying them as well.

Hi, Is in 2019 my husband and I purchased solar from Titan solar in Las Vegas Nevada. We purchased 60,000 in solar. The problem that we're having is it is it's now 2022 and we're still paying high power last month was $375 and this month is $500 and our solar payment is 371. This is every month not just 2 months. I've reached out to Titan many times all they can say is maybe my solar's need to be serviced. The panels are brand new. Something is definitely wrong. I never read Titan's reviews until until after I started having problems and now I'm one of the victims. At the time of purchase I was texting Cathy who was selling the solar to us and I remember her telling me that the high power bills would be gone soon and that I would only get charged a small fee from Nevada Power. She no longer responds to me. Im telling them all my power bills are the same as before i got solar. I have many friends that have solar and their bills are only $15 to $20 a month. Please help ! Resolution Sought Refund the money I've had to pay Nevada power or come get the panels and I'll go through another company ! 60,000 in solar should cover 300 to 500 power bills. I would have never purchased it if this was the case
