Company Final Response

After careful examination, it was determined that the leaks are not related to the solar components. Should it be necessary to remove and reinstall the panels for the roof to be repaired by a third party, there will be a cost associated with the removal and reinstallation (R&R) process.

Titan Solar (525 W Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 855-729-7652) installed solar panels at our home. Our contract estimated the first year's production to be 15,494 but according to their monitoring website (SOLAREDGE) the panels produced 10,140 which is about 35 less production than contracted. I have tried dozens of times to get a response from Titan Solar following my request for 35 more panels or a 35 discount on the original purchase of $45,419.73 that is financed by GoodLeap. in Roseville, CA 877-290-9991. Before purchasing the solar panels I checked the BBB rating which was A+. Will you help rectify this problem? Resolution Sought Either refund 35 of the purchase price of add 35 additional panels.

Titan Solar has been asked repeatedly since January 2023 to address this issue and has not! I have NOT received any correspondence from them to date. I have tried filing/requesting help from every source that I can find to no avail including Titan Solar's legal department. I am open to any suggestions as to how I should proceed.
