Failed to provide promised services

The company was full of promises and were quick to get the installation started but failed to install all promised equipment. I was told my current door lock and indoor camera were compatible with the new system but they did not work. I was informed the installers would return the following day with a chip for my system that would make the door lock and camera work. They returned 10 days later and said the chip was already installed and I would need an update for my door lock to work with the new system and it would cost more money each month. The same was true for my existing indoor camera. Neither have worked with the new system. When I called to have the system removed and my service cancelled, I was informed the cancellation period had expired and I was obligated to the 5 year contract. Had the installers returned the following day as promised, I would have been well within the 2 day cancellation period. Truly a bait and switch operation.
