We are having an issue with our Solar Company completing our Solar project and was wondering what our legal rights are. The project started in July 2023, after many delays and 3 final inspections from the County, we finally were certified by the County in March 2024 and the last step is to complete an application with our Utility company. After many phone calls and emails to both the Solar company (Titanium Solar) and the lending company (Enium Capital Group), the application with our Utility company still has not been completed. Part of the loan agreement was that we only needed to pay $15 for the first year so we can save from the high Utility bills for a year. That basically didn't happen. I've been paying on the loan since July of 2023 and the very high Utility bills which I was suppose to save during the first year of my loan. Now I lost that savings and not getting any response on why the application with our Utility company is not completed. We're looking for final resolution so we can use our solar that is ready to go. I'd like to be compensated for the frustration with the delay and inspections. I'd like to get compensated for not being able to take advantage of the first-year savings plan. Resolution Sought Activate the solar panels and refund us for our loss of savings for the delays.

Titanium solar installed solar panels on my roof in February of this year. They have yet to be made operational because they have neglected to place a sticker on the power box on the outside of my home. Resolution Sought Finnish the contracted job.
