Customer Complaint

I ordered a Christmas present from them on November 25th, 2022. I haven't received any updates about order since that day- which was a confirmation email. I have emailed them multiple times requesting information on my order and also called the customer service line with no answer. On the website it says if orders are placed by December 2nd, they would arrive by Christmas Eve (12/24) and also says the order would ship within 1-5 business days, and it has not shown up. It has now been an excessive amount of time and I have yet heard nothing from this business. Resolution Sought Refund or give me update on shipping.
