Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I purchased tickets for La Nuit en Rose in 2020 through TIXR. Covid hit and both companies refused refunds for over a year. I filed a dispute with my credit card company trying to get my money back during the pandemic. Months went by and I exacerbated all means of contact and no one from either company would respond for months. In September of 2020 they say they would reschedule the event but still refused refunds and wouldn't answer any emails. I lost my dispute and never got my money back because of this rescheduled announcement. Then in April of 2021 they finally canceled the event and issued a statement that refunds will be given. I filed for my refund and was still refused by TIXR because I disputed the charges. I contacted my credit card company again with the new information of the refunds being awarded and they said there was nothing they could do. I want my money back for the event that never happened. The company is completely unprofessional and still refusing my refund but all my friends were issued their refunds. And I never got to go to the event and I never got my money back. Please help me.
