I walked in and asked if anyone had time to do a full set of nails. I was told yes if I could wait ten to fifteen minutes. I liked my nails but the gentleman doing my nails barely said two words to me and when I would ask a question he acted like I was bothering him. I went and cashed out at the desk. I left a $10 tip as I did like my nails. I told the gentleman at the desk that I liked my nails but the guy who did my nails had zero for a personality. He apologized and then I proceeded to walk out and go toy car. As I was getting in my car Will the guy who did my nails came out and asked me what I said. I simply told him that he did not have a personality. He told me he just did my nails and told me that I was crazy. I asked him if he ever heard of customer service. I then was told that I am a crazy b***h. I stated that I would not be back. Will stated good I don't want you to come back and he walked inside. I then went in and requested my $10 tip back. Why did he feel the need to come out and verbally attack me? What kind of service is this. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund and to be compensated for the verbal abuse. I would also like an apology from Will and or feel he needs to be dismissed.

Update: On April 3, 2022, the company sent the customer a refund check for $70.00. Company states the worker who did her nails was just a quite person by nature. He was very well liked by everyone and was very helpful in showing us new techniques. He wasn't much of a talker with other clients or even other workers. These comments of him having zero personality really affected him. After this incident he quit and we have not been able to get in touched with him. We have apologized to the customer. No refund is due, as she states in her complaint that she liked her nails. Stating that Will has a bad personality is not correct he is just quit and reserve.
