Poor business ethics. Says one thing does another. Kept putting me off for a pour of a 11x22 slab. Finally, got it poured after I had to schedule the pour myself. Then said be back in 2 days to score concrete and pull forms at 7am. Not been done as of yet. Will be performing the final steps myself. The contractor was paid in full. But never finished the job. Resolution Sought Full refund for causing me such aggravation. Missed several days of work. Waiting on the contractor that never showed.

Company states: The concrete paint rescheduled the customer pour date not TKO Concrete Services. I had no control over this whatsoever. The customer idd not have schedule her own concrete. That is absolutely false. The saw lines and foam boards were dont at 9:00am when they were supposed to be done. There will be no refund as we provided the services thta were agreed to in our contract. Respectfully, Mike Kohn, Pres.
