I came in 10/19/2020 to get my car windows tinted, I didn't know that I wasn't supposed to get my front windshield tinted. Until I went to hey my car inspected and it failed. I called TMac and was told that it was my responsibility to know this and not there's. They always have people coming in asking for illegal tint and they are going to provide it without warning the customer. I paid them an additional $40 to remove it. Resolution Sought Refund me my $40 and begin telling their customers like myself that something is illegal.

All Customer concerns were addressed. The false information that was provided was from a employee that is no longer with the company. Not only was the customer refund half of her money on the day of service because it was her birthday, The Customer full service amount of $63.50 was refunded after talking to the owner. An appointment was made to remove the tint from her front window. Customer stated she still would like a strip on her front window and was told that it would be done even after a refund was given.
