TNT promised services which were not completed i.e. providing and laying of loam (quoted $575) to front yard to help in drainage. They damaged my fence ($590 to repair). They promised to come back in a couple of days to do the loam. There was rain the following week and I took pictures of the poor drainage. My 6 year old granddaughter played in one area that was deep enough to completely cover her ankles or to sit in it and splash around and pretend her Barbie dolls were at the pool. After several attempts to contact them to remedy my complaints I was informed that they were in PA doing an airport and would be there several weeks. About 3 weeks ago the owner told me he would have his secretary cut and mail me a check for $2400.00. I thanked him but after a week I called and reported the check never arrived. He said he would have her resend I, again it never arrived. The last time I spoke to him he refused to pay saying he had already cut 2 checks. I said put stop payment on them and I would be more than happy to drive to office in Litchfield to pick it up. Resolution Sought Cut a check for the $2400 that he mentioned and allow me to pick it up in Litchfield
