Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I contacted the payroll help line and was asking about a purchase that I want sure I made and they forced me to get a new card even though I never gave written or verbal consent. I specifically told the representative not to because I was getting paid the next day and needed diapers and wipes and there is no way to get money off of my account. Resolution Sought I want to be compensated for this.

I officially closed my business'Wrays Caribbean and Seafood Cuisine on December 17, 2022. I subsequently notified Toast of my closure and that I would be canceling my account. They informed me via phone and email that it would be better to transfer my account to the new owner's, in which, I had no objections. The received the new owners information and met with him, but never closed my account. On January 9,2023 they charged me $307.86. I called immediately to remind them that I called and emailed my request to end the relationship weeks earlier. They keep telling me that I would be refunded and the issue would be resolved. I repeatedly called after to inform them that I have yet to get a resolution or a refund. After approximately 6 times I've called only to hear that the representative answering the phone couldn't help me, would escalate the matter and someone would call me within 24hours. I have yet to get a callback and today they charged my account an additional 307.86. This money is coming from an account that can only be replenished by me through transfers from personal account. This is an enormous hardship for me a retired person living off Social Security. Kindly help me resolve this issue. Sincerely, Alvin Wray Cell 347-385-6223.
