I got into accident with my 2003 dodge pickup I wanted another truck my cousin said he worked at todd wenzel I went to dealership after viewing trucks online and saw a 4x4 with 186000 miles on it 5600 I told my cousin that the truck I wanted and also said I want to pay cash it ran my credit and said I had low credit score and I told him I'm paying cash I had the money so I paid I left the with keys in Hans etc. I get called back management said they needed 2000 more I said for what taxes plate transfer I counted out two grand I got another two months later asking why I haven't make payments to a finance company I went to dealership and they said no loan papers on file and had fired from their for months so they sent three repo guys to get my truck each one this case of fraud switch and bait and did not take the finally a guy from a muskegon comes and truck rips tears past security at general motors causes a scene so I ask the finance for my paperwork and had not seen I went to dealship in gr and there is another guy saying it not his fault my truck my tools wallet my future wife engagement ring general motor speciality saws are gone Resolution Sought I would like my credit report not reflect this and my truck or 7200 back I did not sign loan papers
