I contracted Mr Tola over a year ago to put fire doors in my three family home in new britain. He has not completed work and won't contact me. I have asked for refund as of two weeks ago. He keeps telling me he will call me. He doesn't call. Resolution Sought Give me a refund for the work not completed.
