We're paying for a 10 year warranty, but every time we need our heat pump fixed sometimes they show sometimes they don't and when they do show up, they put down their ordering parts but we never get any parts on, they rigged up our fuses last time with a wire. And our heat pump is still not working right, it keeps kicking our breaker. Resolution Sought Fix our heat pump the right way with new parts like needed!
