2020 paid for a cruise due to covid-19 postponed until 11/6_14/21. Covid virus increase CDC stated underlying condition should not cruise..Immediate contact L.G.214-495-1963 agent. Indelth medical documentation provided. no response from medical dept. On refund list. Resolution Sought Due to no fault l am requesting a full refund. In additional they stated the cruise is full.
