I bought a used car 2014 Volkswagen Jetta last July 2021. Five months later the key fob battery needed changed. So I changed it. Then the car started acting up. Wouldn't start, all the lights and gauges came on. Then after pushing the brake and the push button started a dozen times it started. I have a 3 year warranty. So since Tom O'Brien wouldn't take the car back and let's me get another car without having to pay off the car. We took the car to a dealership to have the car fixed. They updated the car but since the car wasn't doing what we said it was doing. They didn't know how to fix it. A few months go by and the car started doing the same thing again. So now it is back at the dealership, and because they only have 2 mechanics, no telling how long they will have my car. Tom O'Brien used car manager Ron Simmon is very rude, yes I was upset when I was talking to him. Who wouldn't be. Having dealt with this problem now for 10 months. I think it is bad business practice to sell cars that might not be able to fix. He tells me that the car is my problem and that if it can't be fixed, then the offer to trade it back in and pay it off and get another car is still available. I will never never buy from them again or recommend them to anybody. Claims they care about their customers, what a joke. ?????? Resolution Sought I want them to take the piece of junk back and get a refund for the money I wasted on it. So I can go somewhere else and get a car.

Company states; Celia's husband purchased a pre-owned 2014 VW Jetta on July 31, 2021. After five months of ownership, she had some concerns that were addressed and rectified. She then had some more concerns recently. Because the VW dealership couldn't get this vehicle diagnosed in a timely fashion, she was upset with us. This is out of our control and I told Celia this. She seemed to be okay the last time that I talked to her. Please have her give me a call if she has further questions or concerns. Thank you!
