They are totally irresponsible and negligent business.

I went to their car wash/ a new business in my area. I had my car washed and my car was seriously scratched and after a lot of bobbing and weaving and deflection, they refused to make their mistake right. Then, following my utter disappointment, I received an anonymous phone call 2 hours later, immediately upon the closing of the carwash, with a couple guys laughing saying "F* YOU!" They were wrong! And a 50 dollar fix turned into a nightmare. I'm stuck fixing the damage and the company simply said "prove it" then lagged in my face. The business has been open, with new technology I might add, for about a month, and they refused to accept any responsibility. Absolutely the worst experience ever! They are totally irresponsible and negligent business/franchisee and should and must be held accountable!
