I sent a payment to Tomo on 11/30/2023 I never received a receipt nor was I credited for the month of payment which can have an affect to my credit score when I'm credit building and monitoring my scores. Resolution Sought I want a refund of my payment or credited for the month I had paid in advance. An my subscription canceled with no penalty either no matter the out come these people are extremely hard to get in touch with an I no longer want to do business with them.

Terrible experience no communication never replies to emails doesn't answer the phone not explaining why my card is locked. Resolution Sought Unlock my card.
