I had my breaks replaced and have a squeeling I've brought it back several times and he charged me every time to look at the problem. I went to lithia and they told me it's the quality of the breaks. I believe I deserve to get my refund due to the product they used not being of quality. Resolution Sought To refund me.

Company called in stating, they spoke to the customer had her bring the vehicle in on 08/11/2022. The parts in question were under warranty, the brake pads were replaced. Customer was happy.
