They promoted their service and gave quote which I accepted and said they would send via PayPal. I fulfilled my end of transaction and awaited payment as they claim same day processing and payment. It has been over a week since tracking says they received toner cartridge and they have never paid, contacted me or answered the phone. Resolution Sought I want to be paid.

This is absolutely false. We received the complainant's shipment on 1/28. Payment was processed by check and mailed the same day, 1/28. The complainant emailed 4 days later on 2/1 requesting Paypal. It was explained to the complainant on 2/1 that his check had already been mailed. Since we process payments so quickly, Paypal payments must be requested prior to delivery. The complainant's payment was made promptly. I have record of the payment and email records of the conversation if needed. His allegation of no one contacting him are also false as the emails would be proof. He was upset that we could not cancel the check and issue the Paypal immediately. He was advised that he could return the for Paypal if he wished. We received the check back in return mail on 2/10. Paypal was then sent on 2/10 for the $10.00. This all could have been avoided if the complainant would have followed our payment guidelines.
