Mr. Doran purchased a new 2016 Nissan Frontier from Pacific Nissan, Inc. dba Tony Nissan on January 16, 2017. Included in the purchase was a suspension lift kit to modify the truck that was installed by a third-party vendor. In early 2019 Mr. Doran came to the dealership to express his dissatisfaction regarding the upfit. This continued until March 14th, and it was decided at that time to refund Mr. Doran the full $5000.00 that he spent on the suspension lift upgrade. In addition, Mr. Doran signed an agreement which clearly states that he would hold harmless Tony Nissan for any future claim. Lastly, our records show to date we have not received a cancellation request for the Service and GAP contract from Mr. Doran. However, if he can provide us with or come to the dealership and sign the document we will be happy to process the refund.
