I bought a vehicle from him Tonys auto in North Bangor that we had agreed to buy on monthly payments to Tony himself in the agreement he would be resolved for all repairs the vehicle needed until it was paid off anytime we have brought the van see him for repairs or talk to him about things wrong with the van he refused to fix anything including doing the inspection on the van the van now has codes on it that's preventing it from passing inspection and he knows this but refuses to do anything about it so as of now we are stuck with the van that can't be inspected. Resolution Sought We would like Tony's auto to pay us back the amount we have already paid for the van that we can no longer drive or give us another vehicle that can pass inspection for the amount we have already paid for the van

Company states: The vehicle the customer purchased was a 2007 Dodge Caravan on 11/4/2021. Vehicle runs great and still does. These people want me to fix their vehicle and add it to their bill. No one does that in this century. All they do is compliant for any little thing. They think I'm gonna to fix their vehicle for life, they're crazy. I have fixed their vehicle anytime they had problem. Now they can go elsewhere. They had no way of getting a vehicle without me, now they lost me. Their 30 day warranty ran out 18 months ago. It's people like this that try to give a good business a bad name. All of done is help them, no more!
