Lacks Integrity, they're undisciplined, unorganized, very unprofessional and unreliable. My husband and I ordered and put a down payment of $3,200 back in the first week of October 2020. We were told that because of the COVID-19 pandemic and they were waiting on back order supplies that we would have to wait until late January or beginning of February depending on the weather conditions on when they would be able to do our fence. The weather in Boston was not normal winter temperatures for most of the winter. However, the month of March came and we called TONY'S FENCE and they stating that they would be at my house the first week of April to install our privacy fence. They never called us to inform us of their progress regarding their supplies or scheduling. My husband and I kept calling them only to receive emails from the company. We took time off work the day that they said they would come to put in the fence; only to receive an email that they needed to reschedule for the following week because some of the equipment didn't come in. Now April 29th the second scheduled appointment my husband took off yet another two days because we were told that's how long it would take to remove our metal fence and replace it with a privacy vinyl fence. On the second schedule day April 29th they were to show up at my house 8:30am they were a no show, my husband called them at 9am and left a voicemail because no one seems to answer their business ph. Resolution Sought To get my fence and to receive a discount on my front yard fence that I'm interested in getting because if I owed this company money they would be charging me interest just because that had to wait. So what do consumers like myself who put down payment down and still have to wait more than 3 months or more receive for time and money lost when it comes to compensation???

For the past year or so there was a shortage of materials. We were shut down for a couple of months. Weather is also an issue. If it rains, we can not cement posts. The crew is there today installing the fence
