I ordered a crow yard art fountain decor solar energy generation x 1. I received the very small crow fountain without any tubing or solar panel to operate it. I have sent them several emails requesting the rest of my order and they apologize for me not being satisfied. They say I can keep it since it works which it doesn't and they would send me 35 of what I paid. Now they say to send it back and I have to pay for it then they will refund my money. All I want is the rest of my order so I can use it such as it is. Resolution Sought Replace what I was promised
