Horrible

I purchased a solar yard art decoration that's not big enough to place in your yard. It came without parts to be able to use it and no instructions. I have sent several emails with a generic response saying since it's usable they would send me a 30% refund so I don't have to pay for shipping back to China. I simply asked for the parts to be able to use it and they will not respond to that issue. I will never purchase anything from them again. This had been a horrible experience.
