I pawned my jewelry about a year ago, but I was paying for an extension to keep it there. When I went to pick up the jewerly she did not have all of my jewerly. I am missing a necklace and a gold chain. It is an 14K Alaskian gold nugget and gold chain. I don't have any receipts or paperwork, but it is in their computer system. They had my rings, but she refuses to check the system for the necklace and chain. I paid the extensions, I had to pay cash so I have no record trail for the payments or pawn. Resolution Sought to get my necklace and chain back

Company states customer went in to pawn her ring on March 29, 2024 and she has been paying until she picked up on 08/02/2025. The only necklace she has even pawn was back in July 18, 2023 and two days later picked it up on July 19, 2023. She never returned to pawn the necklace again. Therefore there is nothing they can do because she did not pawn her necklace there.
