I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to address an issue I encountered during my recent visit with my Jeep, where I brought it in for alignment and tire sensor replacement. Additionally, I had requested a screw change. Unfortunately, while reinstalling the screw, it was broken inside the vehicle. I was informed that this could not be fixed immediately and that I should bring the car back another time when you had availability to resolve the issue. Upon returning to pick up my Jeep, it was clear that no progress had been made, and the vehicle remained untouched. Given this situation, I decided to take my Jeep back as there seemed to be no intention to address the issue promptly. I would appreciate it if we could find a remedy or alternative solution to resolve the outstanding issue. Please let me know how we can proceed. Thank you for your assistance.
