Residential Property located in Dyersburg, TN 38024 Reporting: 1.) Violation of the Law Malicious Mischief Misconduct which the unlawful destruction of another's property done with intent to case injury or loss of use of the property, or with reckless disregard of the owner's rights knowing causes physical damages to the property of another under RCW.9A.48.070 Malicious Mischief in the first degree A.) Causes physical damages to the property of another in an amount exceeding 5 Thousand dollars. Incident details: Reported to CEO Pipken that employees had damaged my yard Fountain when throwing debris of wood & drywall out of bedroom window, damaged A/C trunk duct using as a ladder step down to access down into crawl space, & un-mounting duct vents to use as dryer to heat create slab in crawl space. Also reported sloppy removal of debris my kitchen sewer pipe was cut. CEO Pipken being spiteful after I advised not paying anymore money for contracted floor & foundation until job was completed, so He left all newly rough in plumbing unattached, existing plumbing he removed left unattached to main/ street, removed water tank and have uncounted $500 worth of plumbing supplies from my home leaving me unable to occupy home now from inadequate heating & no running water inside home totaling over $6000 in additional repairs. CEO has refused to provide or file claim under Certificate of Insurance of $2,000,000.00 listed in contract & when filed claim of Vandalism Malicious Mischief & Thi Resolution Sought Refund $7,102.48 paid service never completed & fix all damages done to personal property.
