I'd like the business, or person, responsible made to not pilfer. That is all.

I purchased lunch at Top China on 12/8/2021. Paid with Cash App debit card. Today 12/10/2021 was alerted by Cash App that the amount was updated to show a $2 tip. My problem is not the amount, rather that it was added without my consent. How often is it gotten away with?
