I responded to the TV PROMO for one pain band @$29.99, the AI offered a 2nd unit for $10, I said ok, it said the card was declined but it was CHARGED TWICE WHAT IT WAS AUTHORIZED. Resolution Sought It should pay back the ENTIRE 75.11, PLUS INTEREST PLUS OPPORTUNITY COST FOR HAVING UNAUTHORIZED USE OF OUR CASH ASSETS, AND ALL THE TIME WE'VE WASTED GETTING OUR MONEY RETURNED.

I received the bare minimum of $75.11 in two separate payments finally, 6 weeks after i was ripped off. The money your company took from me was allocated to pay a utility bill. I have to pay a late fee out of my pocket for your mistake. I should not have had to babysit your screw up either. Your total absence of professional ethic is your disgrace.

I canceled this order January 12th. Just happened to look at my bank acct & see $73.67 coming out. I sent a few emails to "[email protected]" but no one responded until they shipped the order & I got blocked. I screen shot all & sent them the cancellation. I can send you anything you need to help.
